A mobile prepaid top-up(top-up) is a payment made by Varmstra.com to send a top-up (air-time/data) to a recipient’s pre-paid mobile phone .
What Is Mobile Prepaid Top-ups?
Mobile top-ups are also called mobile airtime or recharge.
It's a simple way to send credit to your family or friends' cell phones so they can call, send messages, or surf the Internet depending on their phone company's options. When you subscribe a mobile phone to any telecom operator/network, you will need to from time to time refill credit to it to enable you make use of that telecom's network. Airtime allows you to access the operator's/network’s service offerings such as voice, data, sms and so on.
Each time you refill/add credit to a pre-paid phone, its known as a top-up or refill or recharge or reload. refilling or topping up a phone will permit continued use of that operator's service until the credit has run out.

Should Incase I Send To A Wrong Number?
During any sending top up process, our intelligent top-up wizard will asked you to enter the recipient’s phone number and it will also be request you to confirm the operator and transaction. This is done to ensure that money/top-up is not sent to the wrong person/number if there is a mistyped of number.
However, if you confirm the operator/number and the transaction, the transfer will go ahead and there is no way to reclaim the airtime top up once it is sent.
It is therefore important that you check the number carefully with your recipient before you send. Alternatively you can add all phone numbers of those you wish to be sending top-ups regularly or frequently under the phone menu in your varmstra account dashboard.
I Realized That Some operators apply tax on top-up, why?
Some governments(very few number) around the world have chosen to apply taxes to incoming mobile top-ups.
When sending to these countries, some of the airtime value will be deducted locally. That is at the receiver's end, this means the recipient will get a lower amount than the amount that was sent. Unfortunately this is not something that Varmstra can handle.
Such countries with tax application on incoming mobile top-ups, will be notified by our intelligent top-up wizard during the process of the transaction.
